Poster Guidelines

  • The dimensions of your poster should not exceed 120 cm wide by 85 cm high
  • ​Your thesis title and name should be clearly stated on the poster
  • ​Divide your poster into appropriate sections; each of these sections should be numbered in sequence to guide the reader through the poster
  • ​The introduction should contain three to five sentences outlining essential information necessary to understand the study and why it was done
  • ​The objectives of the study, the questions to be asked or the hypothesis to be tested should be clearly stated in as few words as possible
  • ​Outline your methods briefly (if applicable)
  • ​We recommend using self-explanatory figures, graphs, and/or tables to present your research; if you use symbols, please provide a clear legend
  • ​Your poster will be displayed for the duration of the conference; the poster should be put up no later than 09:00 on the day of the consortium
  • ​You are asked to be present at your poster for the duration of the lightning talk session (the session time to be determined)
